I'm in the middle of two sizes; what size socks should I order?
Our socks will shrink a bit, but they also stretch. If you like your socks to fit snug, then opt for the smaller size.
How soon should I expect my order?
Orders typically ship within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number when your order is processed.

What is your return policy?
We want you to feel confident buying from us and LOVE our products, so our return policy is simple: If a pair of socks doesn't fit quite right, you can always exchange them for a different size. If you received the socks as a gift and don't have a gift receipt, you can exchange them or return them for store credit. Refunds will not be given without proof of purchase.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Typically, yes. If it is a manufacturing defect, you will be emailed a printable shipping label during the return process.

What is the fabric content?
Mid-weight socks: 62% (recycled) Cotton, 22% (recycled) Polyester, 15% Nylon, 1% Lycra.
Lightweight socks: 37% (recycled) Cotton, 35% (recycled) Polyester, 24% Nylon, 3% Lycra, 1% Spandex.
How do I wash my socks?
All of our socks are machine washable and dryable. We recommend washing in cold or warm water. Socks will shrink a little in their first washing; however, they are knit on the larger size to accommodate this and do stretch out once worn again.
Do you sell adult socks as a pair with a spare?
Sadly, no. We did try it, but it turns out that we couldn't find enough three-legged adults to buy our pair with a spare socks. So we're leaving the three-socks-to-a-pair-fun to the kids for now.
